The benefits of dynamic teaching approaches that strengthen students’ soft skills are being recognized in several of the COMET Mekong Learning Centers.  At Hue Industrial College in Viet Nam, the administration now provides incentives to instructors who use COMET’s signature MekongSkills2Work approach: one credit-hour of teaching using the MS2W approach is counted as 1.2 credit-hours compared to traditional teaching. At the end of the academic year, for every 30 hours of teaching, instructors will be paid for 36, resulting in higher take-home income.
