Mekong Connections, a three-year program funded by the U.S. Department of State under the Mekong-U.S. Partnership (MUSP), concluded in September 2023. During the three-year run, Mekong Connections focused on governance and transparency in public decision making, along with providing financial and capacity-building resources to civil society organizations in the Mekong sub-region in three areas:
- Analyzing water and water-related ecosystems
- Combatting conservation crimes
- Improving health security
