In this course participants heard from experts and trainers on the role of religious actors and religious dynamics in peacebuilding efforts.  This course explored conceptual frameworks and models that explained intra-religious, inter-religious, and non-religious approaches to peacebuilding, and how government agencies can support diverse civil society peacebuilding efforts while understanding the religious dynamics involved.  The course also discussed how policies, informed by a clear understanding of inter-religious harmony, religious diversity, and pluralism, can support peacebuilding efforts.
