Mekong - U.S. Partnership
The Mississippi River Commission hosted the Mekong River Commission visit to the United States Great Lakes region. The visit toured USACE operations in Washington D.C. and the Great Lakes and Ohio River region. The focus of the trip was placed on trans-boundary issues, a particularly relevant topic for the MiRC’s current Basin Development Strategy.
The Mekong-U.S. Partnership is a multinational partnership among Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam, and the United States to create integrated cooperation among the five Lower Mekong countries. Learn more >
