ASIA LEDS Forum 2013 : Mekong

The second annual Asia Low Emission Development Strategies (LEDS) Forum took place in Manila, Philippines during October 1-4, 2013, with pre-meetings and side events on September 30. Organized by the Asia LEDS Partnership and hosted by the Philippines Climate Change Commission, this year's Forum provided unique opportunities for learning, sharing, and networking about low emission development strategies for countries across Asia.
