The Professional Communications Skills for Leaders (PCSL) project is one of the signature Lower Mekong Initiative (LMI) programs. Each seminar addresses a different LMI development program. This LMI Professional Communications Skills for Leaders seminar will address the LMI Environment Pillar. This is the 6th seminar of the PCSL program series.
