Mekong - U.S. Partnership
The Disaster Response Exercise and Exchange (DREE) is an annual civil-military disaster response exercise focused on disaster risk reduction and water resource management, organized by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The DREE will feature subject matter expert presentations, interactive sessions, problem-solving sessions, a site visit to the Hadsaifong District, a Table-Top Exercise (TTX) and an After-Action Review (AAR).
