Mekong - U.S. Partnership
Under the U.S.-Singapore Third Country Training Program (TCTP), the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, will implement a workshop on Water Efficiency and Wastewater Management on July 10 – 13, 2016, in Singapore. The workshop will review innovative solutions to protect water resources and is being held in conjunction with the Singapore Water Week (SIWW), giving participants opportunities to gain exposure to the latest technologies and solutions in the field. This four day course will define regional challenges surrounding wastewater management, present a portfolio of successful case studies, best practices, and practical solutions, and identify strategies for the effective reduction and management of wastewater in the regional context.
The Mekong-U.S. Partnership is a multinational partnership among Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, Viet Nam, and the United States to create integrated cooperation among the five Lower Mekong countries. Learn more >
