Implementing the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement Course of the U.S.-Singapore Third Country Training Program (TCTP)

OVERVIEW: The U.S.-Singapore Third Country Training Program (TCTP) will host a workshop on Implementing the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) September 11 September 15, 2017, in Singapore.  This five-day course explores the importance of fully implementing the TFA and demonstrates how adopting trade facilitation best practices can play a role in development by attracting investment and expanding intraregional trade.  The course will enhance the participants’ understanding of elements that affect trade and trade facilitation and provide a framework for assessing technical assistance needs and possible program options related to the implementation of the TFA.
